This Privacy Policy explains how Aarkayaa Exports Private Limited (“we”, “us”), operating the brand Global Bridge Bharat and the website globalbridgebharat.com, collects, uses and protects personal data. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, and apply reasonable international standards for our overseas clients.

Information you give us: name, company, email, phone/WhatsApp number, country, product requirements, specifications, photos and documents you share through forms, email, WhatsApp or calls.
Supplier information: company details, GSTIN, contact person, factory location, capacity and certifications.
Automatic information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
To respond to inquiries and prepare proposals; to deliver sourcing, verification, inspection and shipment-support services; to share your requirements with relevant manufacturers (only what they need to quote); to send service updates, invoices and contracts; to improve our website; and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations. We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with: manufacturers and inspection partners involved in your project; logistics partners (CHA, transporters, freight forwarders) you choose to work with; service providers who help us run our business (for example email, CRM, cloud storage and payment providers), under confidentiality obligations; and authorities where required by law. Where you have signed an NDA with us, its terms also apply.
Our clients are located outside India and some of our service providers store data on servers in other countries. When data is transferred, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected in line with this policy and applicable law.
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for the duration of our business relationship and thereafter as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes (generally up to eight years). Inquiry data that does not lead to a project is deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to project files. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, but we work to protect your information.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. To make a request, email help@globalbridgebharat.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
